This website is operated by Zaever Pet ("we", "us", "our"), located at 7 Pauline Cres, Brampton ON L7A 2V5, Canada. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using the store
You must be of legal age in your province or country to place an order, or you must have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or to break any laws when using the service.
2. Products and pet safety
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours, sizes and details may vary slightly because of screens, lighting and manufacturing. Pet products, especially costumes, harnesses and accessories, must be used with care: check the fit, supervise your pet at all times, remove the item if your pet is uncomfortable or distressed, and do not leave your pet unattended while wearing it. Always follow any product instructions and size guidance.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Products may become unavailable at any time. We may limit quantities, and we may correct errors in pricing or descriptions, including after an order has been placed.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order, and we may cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You agree to give accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.
5. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions (for example a minimum order amount or one use per customer), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time.
6. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery when the item is unopened and in its original, intact packaging. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Marketing emails
If you sign up for our emails, you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, belongs to Zaever Pet or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it without our written permission.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to send spam or malware, to collect other people's personal information, to interfere with the site's security or operation, to make false or misleading statements, or to commit fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
